——Notice on carrying out the "safety production month" in June 2022

In order to actively respond to the call of the national "safety production month", our company will carry out the activities with the theme of "complying with the safety production law, being the first responsible person" and "safety production month" according to the requirements of the group for the "safety production month" activities of all affiliated units and in combination with the actual situation of our unit.

The company held a special safety mobilization meeting above the supervisor on May 17, 2022. In order to continue to strengthen the company's safety production management, further implement the main responsibility of safety production, prevent and control production safety accidents, comprehensively improve the employees' safety production awareness and management ability, and ensure to do a good job in safety production management, the company decided to carry out the "safety production month" activity in June 2022 throughout the company. The following plan is hereby formulated:

1、 Activity objectives

（1） During the activity period, the company carried out the troubleshooting and rectification of potential safety problems to achieve safe production without accidents;

（2） Strive to ensure the goal of "zero accidents, zero industrial injuries, zero deaths, and zero criminal cases" in safe production.

2、 General requirements

Closely focusing on the theme of "complying with the safety production law and being the first responsible person", how to achieve the safety goal of "safety production month", according to the requirements of the safety committee of the group and the safety and environmental protection department of the company, we should effectively do three jobs, namely:

（1） Give full play to the work enthusiasm and safety initiative of the first responsible person and all employees of the enterprise, clarify the management responsibility, and resolutely eliminate the loopholes and responsibility blind spots of safety production management.

（2） Effectively implement and implement various measures for accident prevention, and resolutely put an end to all kinds of accidents.

（3） Further comprehensively control the environment of the production and operation sites, and check the signs of accidents and unsafe factors.

In order to strengthen the leadership of this activity and ensure the smooth progress of the company's "safety production month" accident free activities, the company's "safety production month" activity leading group was established.

4、 Activity time

During the period from June 1 to June 30, 2022, it will be implemented in two stages: the first stage is the period during which each department inspects and finds potential safety problems and implements rectification. Each department will implement rectification measures in combination with the actual situation of the Department, and the time is from 1 to 20 days; The second stage is the review and evaluation period of hidden danger problems of the Ministry of safety and environmental protection, which lasts from 21 to 30 days.

5、 Activity content

This activity should be carried out closely around the theme advocated by the safety production management committee of the group and the safety and environmental protection department of the company and the safety production work characteristics of the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards carried out during the activity. During the "safety production month" activities, all departments of the company must implement the following activities in accordance with the requirements of the initiative:

（1） Carry out the company wide safety production inspection, find out the implementation of the company's regional responsibilities, and rectify those who fail to implement the responsibilities within a time limit.

（2） Carry out "safety production month" publicity activities (in the form of publicity banners, publicity windows, etc.).

（3） Cooperate with Daixi town government to carry out a limited space emergency drill.

（4） According to the relevant requirements of the government, do a good job in the "safety training for millions of employees of enterprises".

（5） At the end of June, complete the planning and sorting of the main channels in the company's area.

After the end of this activity, the leading group of the company's "safety production month" activity will inspect, assess and evaluate the above departments, and at the same time, evaluate the excellent benchmark or non-standard unit of safety production, and the company will give awards or circulate a notice of criticism.
